5. Can we install and connect the boosting DCDC to the outside of the system? What
is the maximum length of cable line between stack’s output and DCDC’s input?
A 5. Yes, but I don't recommend it, because it
will reduce the system integration. Our standard configuration is to integrate
the fuel cell stack with the boost DC. However, it is also ok if it must
be separated. I suggest that the longest high-voltage wire harness should be
within 4000mm, and the water cooling of booster DCDC should be considered separately.
A 4. Yes, when the fuel cell receives the shutdown
signal, it runs at idle speed for 3-5 minutes to clean up the system for a
better start. The idle power of the system is the external output power of
about 20kW, so the power battery needs to absorb the excess energy
